Initial Client Meeting:
The goal of this meeting is to attain an understanding of our client’s organization, its history, culture, operations and needs, as well as the scope of the search.
Detailed Specification:
The specification is one of the most crucial parts of the search process. A good search is based on a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profile.
Research and Sourcing:
Once the candidate profile has been defined we review our internal data sources and perform research based upon the specific requirements of the search.
Candidate Review:
We then meet with the client to review potential candidates. These will be candidates that fit within our specification parameters and have expressed interest in the search.
Evaluation:
A Robert Gariano Associates search professional interviews prospective candidates to evaluate
their qualifications. We also interview references regarding the candidate’s performance.
This evaluation is documented to the client in a detailed candidate letter
Client Interview:
A formal interview at our client’s location. Facilitate, not moderate the interview process.
Offer and Acceptance:
We work with our client to formulate and effective offer and ensure that the successful candidate has a smooth transition into our client’s organization.
